This emphasis on optimum quality training is a value 1974 Rapport shares with CourseSight, which it has been part of since February 2019. Nathan firmly believes that Health and Safety compliance should be workable and cost-effective and his years of experience in the heavily legislated HSE licensed asbestos industry, construction, manufacturing and more recently the Fire and Rescue service lie at the foundation of 1974 Rapport’s expertise.
1974 Rapport’s Action During the COVID-19 Pandemic
On 23rd March 2020, the first day of the first UK national lockdown, 1974 Rapport issued a statement announcing that for the duration of the lockdown, they would be scaling back their operations significantly in order to focus their resources to help the NHS, care sector and other keyworkers with face fit testing. However, due to the fact that these sectors were not prepared for this scale of emergency with regards to the quantity of Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE) available and were already on track to be dramatically overwhelmed, 1974 Rapport began a tireless campaign to educate and protect. They began face fit training across different NHS trusts, The London Excel Nightingale and in countless care homes.
During this time, the huge increase in bookings for 1974 Rapport was made straightforward to manage through CourseSight’s planning and admin tools. Through the automation of administrative tasks, the basic management of 1974 Rapport’s training was simplified, leaving them to focus on what really matters – the training.
